Zelma Faye Nuss

June 19, 1936 — February 1, 2019

Zelma was born on June 19, 1936 to Garson and Malissia Price in Polluck, Texas. She went to be home with her Lord and Savior on February 1, 2019. She grew up in Alto, Texas before leaving small town life for Dallas to attend business school. On December 18, 1965 she married Robert Eugene Nuss, he was the love of her life. She worked in the insurance industry, retail sales, childcare and at the family bookbindery during her life, but the role she will be remembered for the most for us is that of caretaker to those she loved. The love she had for God showed through her actions, mostly in the way she cared for us all. She was always there with an open door, heart and arms for all that needed her.

She is survived by her daughter Deanna and husband; Mark, her grandchildren; Robert Ryan and Victoria Tae Warren, Alexis Rae and husband; Dillon Beaubien. All of which were the pride and joy of her life. She was also blessed to have Douglas Campbell, Ronald A. Warren ll, Melissia Smith, and Meredith Milam that will forever be her "bonus children", as well as all those who she will forever be Nana Z too.
She had a very large extended family of aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband; Robert, her parents; Garson and Malissia Price and her brother; Willis "Tink" Price.
Our family would also like to thank the Hale, Houston, Warren Families, Tym and Toshia Quintero, Brigham Murfee and Jake Tobias for all the unending love and support.

Our thanks also goes out to the Medical City Plano Emergency Department as well as the entire hospital staff who treated her daily as if she was their own and Vitas Hospice who helped guide us through our darkest hours.

Services will be officiated by Mark Ballard.
