William Snowden

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of William Michael Snowden (Bill), age 59. Taken into God’s loving arms on November 22, 2016, Bill passed peacefully at home in McKinney, Texas after a long battle with a terminal illness. Born March 24, 1957 at Eglin Air Force Base Florida, the son of L.W. and Lois (Reno) Snowden, Bill had a magnetic, charming personality and a lifelong passion for aviation and politics. A successful business man, he was the hardest working individual known by anyone, with amottoof “Never Give Up”. He never did. Bill is survived by his beloved children, CourtneyMeghanMalone of Houston, Michael William Snowden and David William Snowden of McKinney; his sisters, Leslie Snowden-Crawford and Holly Snowden of McKinney, Kim Campbell of Florida; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. Funeral arrangements were made with Charles W. Smith Funeral Home of McKinney. A Catholic Funeral Mass will be held on December 1 at 1:00 pm at St. Mark’s the Evangelist Catholic Church, 1201 Alma Drive, Plano, followed by a private family graveside service at Pecan Grove Historical Cemetery in McKinney.
