William Bernard Sikes

William Bernard Sikes, age 82, of Garland, Texas, passed away on April 5, 2018. He was born to Rayford and Sarah Sikes on March 22, 1936 in Greenville, Texas.William is survived by his wife, Linda Sikes; his sons, Greg (Jennifer) Sikes, Lance (Judy) Sikes, and Jay (Susan) Sikes; daughter, Kristi Sikes; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and sister, Virginia Poteet. He is preceded in death by his parents, Rayford and Sarah Sikes, and his sister, Sybil Voss.Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 8, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Charles W. Smith and Sons Funeral Home in Sachse, Texas. Funeral will be on Monday, April 9, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Lake Point Church Firewheel in Garland, Texas with Pastor Jay Sikes officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery in Lavon, Texas.
