William Dale Siebert

William "Bill" Dale Siebert, age 64, of Celeste, Texas, passed away November 29, 2014 in Celeste, Texas. He was born July 3, 1950 in Salina, Kansas to William Dean and Teresa Lucille Breault Siebert.

Bill grew up in Salina, Kansas and graduated from Salina High School in 1968. He then earned his degree in Architecture from Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas. Bill was an Architect for Stephen B. Chambers Architects in Dallas, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Teresa Siebert; brother, Tim Siebert; maternal grandparents, Hector and Rose Breault; and paternal grandparents, Ooze and Sue Siebert.

Bill is survived by his wife, Debbi Conley Siebert, married August 9. 1975; son, Matt Siebert and his wife, Amanda of Edmond, Oklahoma; daughter, Bethany Siebert of Dallas, Texas; grandson, Zachary William Siebert of Edmond, Oklahoma; father, Bill Siebert of Salina, Kansas; and sister, Cindy Tubbs and her husband, Steve of Salina, Kansas.
