William Joe Hoffman, Loving Husband, Daddy, Grandpa, Great-Grandpa, Great-Grandpapa and Uncle. Born November 3, 1933 in Muskogee Oklahoma to Williams Wilson Hoffman and Ruby Noren Davenport-Hoffman.
Graduated Muskogee Central High School in 1952 and worked as a Linotype Operator for $1.00 an hour until he enlisted in the U.S. Navy August 4, 1952, near the end of the Korean War. He Traveled around the world as a Third Class Petty Officer on the U.S.S. Worcester (CL144).
He was discharged from the Navy on August 3, 1956 in Long Beach, California, and married the love of his life Viola King on September 29, 1956 in Durant, Oklahoma. They journeyed through this life together for 58 and 1/2 years until he was called home to be with our Heavenly Father March 14, 2015.
When he arrived in Heaven he was greeted by his Father: Williams Wilson Hoffman,Mother: Rubye Norene Davenport-Hoffman, Brother: Donald Gene Hoffman Grandparents: Haynes Warren Hoffman, Amanda Hoffman, Jess Davenport, Mamie Hines-Davenport.
He is survived by his wife Viola King Hoffman Daughters: Karla Jo Hoffman, Shirley Renee Hoffman-Stout and spouse Jimmy Stout; Denise Lynn Hoffman-Cullum and spouse Mike Cullum. Grandchildren: James Christopher Stout, John Michael Stout, Michele Viola Kashouh and spouse Elliot, Miki Lynn Cullum-Rose and spouse Zachary, Michael Lynn Cullum Jr., DeAnna Jo Tennyson and spouse Carlos.
Great-Grandchildren: Grace Karol Rose, Sophia Michele Barrow and Savannah Grace Elias. Sister-in-Law: Linda Fay King-Breeden Nieces and Nephews: Jess Hoffman, James Hoffman, April Hoffman, Amanda Hoffman, George Breeden III and spouse Michelle, Rose Ann King-Arnold and spouse David, Nancy King and spouse Joe, Jimmy F. King Jr., David Arnold, Jeffrey Arnold, Josh Breeden, Megan Breeden.
