Bill was born March 12, 1943 in Jackson, Michigan to parents, Ogle and Alfreda Sterling Budd.
Bill served our country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
He enjoyed fishing and playing poker with his buddies. Bill was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Kathy Marchand Budd; daughter, Brandy Adams and husband, Daryl; granddaughters, Kirsten Adams and Kaley Adams; twin sister, Betty Ulrey; brothers, Jerry Budd and Joseph Budd. His parents preceded him in death.
Bill will be going home to Michigan.
