William "Bill" C Frizzell

William Childs Frizzell Jr (Bill) 85, of Celeste, TX passed away peacefully surrounded by his daughters on September 19, 2021. He was born to parents William Childs Frizzell and Nettie Maggie Jones, on March 23rd 1936 in Kemp, TX. Bill married Frankie Laverne Crane in 1955 and lived in Parker, TX in the house that they built. They were blessed with three children, Russell Frizzell (infant), William Calvin Frizzell (1958), and Nova Jean Lane (1960).

Bill worked for Texas Instruments for over 35 years. He also served his community as a part time member of the Parker Police Department for 34 years while he resided in Parker, TX. He was also a sponsor of the Plano FFA for many years.

Bill and Vi were married on October 18, 1985. They blended their grown children together as one family. Together they had 13 grandchildren and 19 precious great grandchildren. They lived and worked all the time on the 17 1/2 acres in Parker, TX. They were members of Sachse Assembly of God, now Northplace Church for years, before moving closer to their daughter Katrina and her family several years ago.

Bill is survived by his daughter Nova Lane, daughter by marriage Katrina Barr (Matt), son by marriage Justin Baker. Daughter-in-law Kathy Baker and Cathy Frizzell, and former daughter-in-law Sherry Jackson.

Grandchildren: Mitch Baker, David Baker (Kristan), Dusty Thomas (Elissa), Paula Herrick (Rob), Wesley Frizzell, Dillard Showman, Robert Showman, Josiah Baker, Karissa Rogers (Josh), Emily Tolson (John), Catherine Lane (William), Mark W. Lane, Bri Baker.

Great-Grandchildren: Christian, Chasity, Sydney, Conner, Cadyn, Drew, Faith, Devin, Kaleb, Bella, Carson, Kenlee, Paisley, Betty, Trey, Madison, Colten, Landon, and Makenzie.

He is preceded in death by his wife Vi Frizzell, parents Willian and Nettie Frizzell, brother Kenneth Frizzell, sisters Myrtle and Ellen Frizzell, sons Russell Frizzell (infant) and Calvin Frizzell; and son by marriage Kenneth Baker.
