Wallace Russell

74, of Plano, Texas, passed away April 1, 2013 in Plano, Texas. He was born July 21, 1938 in Collinsville, Texas to Neil and Iva Russell. Wallace was employed with Safeway for twenty-five years and was a store manager when Safeway moved out of Texas. He then went to work for Minyard's. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, spending time with family and friends, and dancing with his wife.

Wallace was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, J.R. Russell and Wayne Russell.

He is survived by his wife of fifty-four years, Dola Russell; two sons, Richard Russell and his wife, Sharon and Scott Russell and his wife, Linda; daughter, LaDawn Walker and her husband, John; nine grandchildren, Tracy Russell, Josh Russell, Ethan Werner, Allie Lees, Jeremy Russell, Angela Lees, Isaac Russell, Benjamin Russell, and Jack Walker; two sisters, Pearl Dillon and Marie Duncan and her husband, Grover; and numerous other family members.

Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, April 5, 2013 in Collinsville Cemetery, Collinsville, Texas.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:30 P.M., Friday, April 5, 2013 at Victory Church, 6301 E. Parker Road, Parker, Texas 75002. Dr. Paul Freeman officiating.
