In loving memory of Virginia Jean Knotts who, at age 60, died peacefully and surrounded by loved ones on June 18, 2019, in Plano, Texas, at Medical City Hospital, after courageously fighting for her health.
Virginia was born January 27, 1959 in Dallas, Texas, and was raised by Barbara Smith.
Virginia was recently retired by Pate Rehabilitation in Anna, Texas, where she was compassionate about her work.
Virginia is survived by her first husband Micheal Knotts, daughters; Michelle Knotts, Vickie St. Clair, and Shelly Dyer, son Jack Dyer, sister Cynthia Smith, brothers; Mickell Braddy and Ricky Dyer, and grandchildren; Bently Dyer, Spencer Dyer, and Blaklee Marie.
Virginia is preceded by grandparents Cora Pilkenton and Carol Pilkenton, mother Barbara Smith, brother Manuel Dyer, and dad Tommy Dyer.
Besides spending time with her family and friends, Virginia expressed her creativity through art and creating beautiful things such as flower arrangements, centerpieces, special occasion wreaths, diaper cakes, baskets and homecoming mums. Virginia had a bright and energetic personality and was known for her ability to sense when people needed her help. She touched many lives with her generosity and passion for life.
