Vicky Lynn (Duncan) Phillips, 63, of Nevada, Texas passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 in Richardson, Texas. She was born on March 24, 1956 in Dallas, Texas to Bola Joe & Carol Lee (Garrison) Duncan.
Vicky was a self employed Hair Dresser and Makeup artist. She married Michael Phillips on March 25, 1995 in Garland, Texas and was a member of 1st Baptist of Sachse and of 1st Baptist of Rowlett in Rowlett, Texas.
She is survived by her husband; Michael Phillips, 2 sons; Choya & (Adderian) Barker, and Coy Barker.
3 brothers; Steve Miller, Mickie Duncan and Mike & (Darcy) Duncan.
6 sisters; Debbie & (Cary) Brooks, Rebecca Jones, Beverly & (Roy) Rogers, Sheila & (Mark) Brady, Lorrie & (Tom) Lentiz and Betty Miller.
4 grandchildren, 1 geat-grandchild and her father; Bola J. Duncan.
She was preceded in death by her mother; Carol Lee Duncan.
Visitation will be held Friday, June 28, 2019 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Charles W. Smith & Sons in Sachse, Texas.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday 1:00 p.m. June 29, 2019 at the 1st Baptist Church of Rowlett, Texas.
Services entrusted to Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home of Lavon, Texas.
