Mr. Hoang, Dinh Tuan; Religious Name Minh Tam; passed away peacefully in Richardson, Texas at 12:50 PM, July 20, 2019, in the presence of his Wife and family,
He was a loving husband and companion of twenty years to Bup Thi Tran; beloved father/grandfather/great-grandfather to:
First Daughter: Thu-Van Hoang, husband Thuan Nguyen, grandchildren and great-grandchild
First Son: Phuoc Hoang, wife Lan-Thanh Pham, and grandchildren
Son: Dung Hoang, wife Trang Nguyen, and grandchildren
Daughter: Thu-Ba Hoang, husband Phuc Nguyen, and grandchildren
Daughter: Thu-Trang Hoang, husband Dam Hoang, grandchildren and great-grandchildren
Daughter: Thu-Suong Hoang, husband Nam Tran, and grandchildren
Daughter: Thu-Hoai Hoang, husband Long Vo, and grandchildren
Daughter: Hoai-Phuong Hoang
Daughter: Thuy Tran, husband Minh Luu, and grandchildren
Son: Dang Hoang, wife Linh Vo, and grandchildren
Born and raised in Thua Thien, Hue, Vietnam in the year 1933, Hoang was the son of Thach Dinh Hoang (deceased) and Phung Thi Nguyen (deceased).
A former official in the legislative branch of the Republic of Viet Nam, his posts include Chief of Operations Department at the City of Da Nang, Deputy Governor of the Second District of Da Nang in the Central Region of Viet Nam.
Mr. Hoang is also an accomplished poet under the name of Tuan Dinh, with several publications about his love for the country, his family, and for others. He eventually became the President of the Vietnamese Senior Association of Greater Dallas.
Hoang was an amazing man who prioritized his family first before himself. Even when he was in pain or distress, he would always smile and say jokes to help put his family at ease. He will be missed and remembered by family and friends alike forever.
