Truman Joe Williams 79, of Garland, TX. passed away December 20, 2012 at his residence. He was born February 19, 1933 in Allen, TX.to Oren Metz and Bertha (Leach) Williams. He married Wanda Reid on June 12, 1955 in Allen, TX. He was an Accountant for Mobile Oil. He is survived by his loving wife Wanda, One son: Brad Williams, two daughters: Vicki Hall & (Dwayne), Donna Johnson & (Steve, 11 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren, One sister: Evelyn Thompson. Visitation will be held 12/21/2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Charles W. Smith & Sons. Services will be held Saturday 12/22/2012 at First Baptist Garland at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Doug Powell & Bob Couch officiating. Services entrusted to Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home in Sachse, TX.
