Travis Warren Ener

Travis Warren Ener was born January 2, 1952 and passed away July 6, 2024. He was self-employed and did garage door installations and repairs for several decades until he retired 5 years ago. Travis was heavily involved with the local Celtic / Folk music scene in the DFW area for over 50 years. He was an audio engineer and recorded music for local, national and international Celtic musicians in his studio. During this time, he was a sound engineer for the local North Texas Irish Festival and several other regional festivals. He also ran sound for numerous Celtic/Folk concerts across the DFW area. He was loved and respected by many people and he will be greatly missed!

Travis was preceded in death by his parents, Warren and Lillian Marie Ener and by his brother, Tommy Ener. He is survived by his wife, Connie Wright Casillas Ener; daughters Carla Casillas and Tara Casillas and husband Jose Salazar; sister Connie Darlene Ener; brother and wife Tim and Kathy Ener; sister in law Linda Brewer; Grandchildren Gabriela and Julius Salazar; nieces Kim Ener and partner Kendal; Bethany Ener Hammond and husband Alex; Katie Ener Sadorra and husband Ino; nephew Charlie Hedrick and several great nephews and niece.

A celebration of life for family and friends will be held at a later date and location which will be announced once details are confirmed.
