Tony Palmer

Tony Dwayne Palmer of Plano, Texas the son of Anthony and Carolyn (Anderson) Palmer was born January 4, 1970 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and passed March 13, 2019. Tony grew up in Ardmore, Oklahoma where he attended Ardmore High School and the Southern Area Vocational Technology Center. Tony continued his education at the Recording Workshop completing his certification as a recording engineer. Tony's affinity for music led him to the Dallas music scene. Tony recorded many artists and played with several local bands. Tony recorded albums and toured with King Zero from 2004 through 2009. Tony worked as a certified Fire Alarm technician for iProtection Systems for 6 years. Tony was preceded in death by his mother Carolyn (Anderson) Palmer of Ardmore, and one nephew Trevor Palmer of McKinney. Tony leaves in mourning his father Anthony Palmer of Ardmore, brother Thomas Palmer and sister-in-law Linda (Bales) Palmer, one niece Alyssa Palmer, and one nephew Logan Palmer of McKinney. A visitation for Tony will be held at Charles W. Smith and Sons Funeral Home in McKinney from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, March 22, 2019. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
