Tonia Kay Starzyk

May 9, 1967 — January 12, 2024

Allen, Texas

Tonia Kay Starzyk, of Allen Texas, passed away January 12th, 2024. She was surrounded by her beloved family following a short illness. Tonia was born to Louise Parks and John Osborne in Borger, Texas, on May 9th,1967, who survive her.

Tonia is survived by her husband, Christopher Starzyk of Allen, Texas. They vowed their life to each other on September 22, 1984, in Brenham, Texas. Tonia had three amazing sons, who survive her, Joshua Starzyk (Kimberly) of Ponca, Oklahoma; Alex Starzyk (Jennifer) of Norfolk, Virginia; Zachary Starzyk of Little Elm, Texas. In addition to her adoring sons, are her four beautiful grandchildren, Kylie, Skylar, Rachel, and Jamie. Her children and grandchildren were the light of her life. In addition, Tonia held her brother Brian Houk and sister Mary Kidder, very close to her heart. Tonia will continue to live on through them because she poured everything into her family.

Tonia wore many hats. She will be forever remembered as a loving and devoted Navy-Wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and best friend. Tonia was a best friend and a second mom to many. She has friends who have loved her for more than 38 years. Tonia was always a firecracker but had a heart as big as Texas.

Tonia was a member of the Legion post 96 in Mckinney, Texas. She would sacrifice all she could when there was a need in the community. Tonia loved the rides for charities. Tonia would ride on the back of her beloved husband's bike, with their friends beside them.

Tonia was a bright, shining light to this sometimes-dim world. Her bright light will continue to shine even though she is gone from us physically. No matter what, she will forever be beside us in everything we do.

Final arrangements are pending, and memorial contributions can be made to the family or the Legion Post 96 in honor of Tonia.
