Tedd Cabila Felarca
Tedd C. Felarca, of Dallas, Texas, passed away April 1, 2012. Mr. Felarca was born September 12, 1932, in the Philippines and had been a Dallas County resident for 43 years. Before coming to Dallas, he graduated from The Manila Law School and, for 10 years, was director of the De Ocampo Insurance Company in the Philippines. He retired from The Drawing Board in Dallas when the company moved to Ohio. After retiring, Tedd enjoyed fishing, cooking, dancing, and taking his family out on vacations. Tedd felt blessed to have been a long time friend of representative and Attorney, Alvin Granoff. This good family friend would sometimes remind him, in a nice way, "Tedd, let me be the lawyer." He is survived by his wife of fifty years, Erlinda Bernardez Felarca, his sisters: Savacion Felarca, Teresita Felarca-Milagros, brother: Camilo Felarca, his sons: Teddie Felarca, Keneddie Felarca, Lyndon Felarca, and Melvind Felarca,.his daughter-in-laws: Linda, Melissa, Marilou, and Lori, his grandsons: Renno, Ryan, Indio, Alexander,and Brandon, his granddaughters: Angela, Brittany, Kelissa, his great grandson: Darien. Great Grand-Daughters: Alana,Rachel. and lots of relatives and friends in the Philppines. Tedd was a devoted husband and a wonderful loving father and grandfather. He gave guidance, care and devotion. He was compassionate and forgiving and he will be missed very much. Graveside services will be held Friday, April 27, 2012 at 3:00 pm at Calvary Hill Cemetery in Dallas, TX. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer Foundation.
