Tammy is survived by her husband of 20 years, James K Adams, children; Robert Adams, Joshua Adams and wife Nichole, Jeremy Adams and wife Jennifer, grandchildren; Mia, Johnathen, Kaleigh, Nicholas, Connor, and Rocco, Mother, Thelma "Tiny" King, sister, Cheri Hirbick and husband Tom and several other family.
MEMORIAL SERVICE will be 4:00 P.M. Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Charles W. Smith and Sons Sachse Chapel, 2925 Fifth St., Sachse, Texas 75048, 972-414-5050.
