Surie Lizette Baeza, age 15, passed away October 30, 2012 in Rockwall, Texas. Surie was born on October 28, 1997 in Belize, Central America.
She is survived by her mother, Irma Baeza; her father, Hernan Baeza; two sisters, Shanelly Baeza and Kristi Torres; brother, Ruggerie Baeza; brother in-law, Herman Hernandez; maternal grandfather, Santos Torres; paternal grandmother, Melva Baeza; nephew, Brayden Hernandez; and a niece "on the way"; aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous other family members and friends.
She was a freshman at Rockwall-Heath High School where she was an Honor Roll student and played the Flute in the Marching Band.
Surie was friendly, very outgoing and loved listening to music. She was a true sweetheart and an amazing girl who simply loved life.
Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M., Friday, November 9, 2012 at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 2925 5th Street, Sachse, Texas 75048.
Service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, November 10, 2012 at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home Chapel, 2925 5th Street, Sachse, Texas 75048. Reverend David Shields officiating.
