On Monday, January 07, 2019, Sue Hoser, loving wife and mother, passed away at the age of 77 after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's disease.
Sue was born August 29, 1941 in Gonzales, Texas. She spent her early years in south Texas. She married David Hoser, Sr. on August 9, 1957 and they then moved to the Dallas area. They had two children, David Jr. and Debra.
Sue had a devotion to her family and friends. She was known by all as being a compassionate caring friend. Sue loved to cook and willingly did so for her own family as well as others. She was beloved for her eagerness to help others in their time of need. Sue had an insatiable love of reading and wasn't picky on what she read. She eagerly shared her passion of books with family and friends.
Sue was preceded in death by her parents and younger sister. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, David Hoser Sr., her two children, David Jr., and Debra Wiley and her husband Bill, her sister Shirley Woods, 3 grandchildren-Matthew Copeland, Trey Hoser and Katherine Hoser, along with 3 blended grand children and their families, several cousins, nieces and nephews.
A visitation of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 from 6-8 p.m. at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home located at 2925 E. 5th Street, Sachse, TX 75048.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 10th 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home located at 2925 E. 5th Street, Sachse, TX 75048.
Interment to follow at Lake View Cemetery 2343 Lake Road, Lavon, TX 75166
