Steven Jackson, 50, of Sachse, Texas, passed away on May 25, 2014 in Dallas, Texas. Steven was born on April 16, 1964 in Willows, California.
Steven was raised in Willows until the age of 15 when he relocated to Antlers, Oklahoma where he graduated from Antlers High School in 1982. Steven worked as a Field Engineer for Custom Hardware Engineering for 10 years. Although the years with CHE was a great accomplishment for him, the happiest day of his life was the birth of his daughter, Shanna, in 1992.
Steven is preceded in death by his father Roy Jackson and his mother Laverne Jackson.
Steven is survived by his daughter Shanna Jackson, his sister Brenda Ditzen, and nephew Troy Ditzen.
A Memorial Service will be held to honor the life of Steven at the Charles W. Smith and Sons Funeral Home Chapel at 2925 Fifth Street in Sachse, Texas 75048 on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 2:00PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
