Steven "Derek" Nicholson

Steven Derek Nicholson, 34, of Tyler Texas, died March 19, 2019. He was born July 12, 1984 in Plano, Texas, the son Steven Wayne Nicholson and Margo Buss Moore.

Derek is survived by his father, Steve Nicholson of Crowley Texas, his mother, Margo Moore, of Tyler Texas, his sister, Ashli Fulgham of Durant, Oklahoma, his sons, Mason Nicholson, Landon Nicholson, Chase Nicholson and his daughter, Ashlyn Nicholson, his grandfather, John Birkhead of Granbury, Texas, his grandmother, Sharon Buss of Wylie Texas, his aunts, Gwen Phillips-Freed, Tina Cooper, Anea Mazze and LeeAnn Buss, his uncle, Tracy Buss and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother Donna Birkhead, his grandfather Jerry Buss and very close childhood friend Jamie "Coon" Cooey.
