Age 49, Steve passed from this life unexpectedly, Monday, March 28, 2011 in Winchester, Tennessee. He was born February 6, 1962 in Winchester, Tennessee but claimed Texas as his home, to parents, William Behtel and Dorothy Marie (Walls) Dudley who have preceded him in death. Also preceded by brothers, Ben Harlin Dudley, Carson Dudley, Eddie Chris Dudley, sister, Sally Dudle.
Steve started working at age 14 in building construction as a brick mason. During his free time he loved to restore his 1968 Chevy pickup truck.
He is survived by his son, Harlin Dudley of Decherd, Tennessee, sisters; Janice Robertson of Fayetteville, Tennessee, Eloise Paton and husband Richard of Cowan, Tennessee, brothers; Basel Dudley and wife Barbara of Nevada, Texas, Tearl Dudley of Texas, Anthoney Dudley and wife Rhonda of Decherd, Tennessee, aunts; Rosa Hill of Tullahoma, Tennessee, Bonnie Cravens of Hillsboro, Tennessee, Annie Harris of Manchester, Tennessee, uncles; Cecil Dudley of Estill Springs, Tennessee and Donnie Dudley of Estill Springs, Tennessee.
VISITATION will be Wednesday March 30, 2011 at Watson-North Funeral Home, Winchester, Tennessee.
GRAVESIDE SERVICE will be 10 A.M. Saturday April 2, 2011 at Lake View Cemetery, Nevada, Texas under the direction of Charles W Smith & Sons Sachse Chapel, 2925 Fifth St., Sachse, Texas 75048, 972-414-5050.
