Sherilyn Nicole Bentley, 22, of McKinney, TX, passed away on July 25, 2013, as a result of a car accident. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Family Worship Center, 5780 Virginia Parkway, McKinney, TX 75071. Pastor Sam Dennis of Parkway Hills Baptist Church will be officiating.
Sherilyn (Sherry) was born Dallas, TX on August 15, 1991. She spent five years living in Ventura, CA before returning back to Texas, in McKinney. She graduated from McKinney Boyd High School and continued on to receive a Pharmacy Technician certificate from Collin College.
During high school, Sherry participated in the Tennis Team, and worked for many years in retail. She enjoyed her friends, swimming, nature, music, and small animals. She spent a lot of time at the McKinney SPCA.
Sherry is survived by parents James and Louise Bentley, sisters Elissa and Jamie Bentley, Grandmother Edweina Liles, Uncles Jeffrey Bentley and Bob Liles, Aunt Dianna Talcott, cousin Tonya Talcott,.and other family and friends. We all love her and will miss her.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the McKinney Texas SPCA, The family of Sherilyn Bentley wishes to thank Family Worship Center Church and Charles Smith Funeral Homes.
