Shannon Louise Rice, age 31, passed away on October 7, 2014 in Dallas, Texas. She was born on May 8, 1983 in Pell City, Alabama to the parents of Richard and Patricia Rice.
Shannon was a fan of the Texas Rangers, enjoyed gourmet cooking, loved music and old movies. She leaves behind two wonderful pets that she dearly loved; her dog, Champ and her rabbit, Bunny.
She will truly be missed by her family and all that knew her.
Shannon was preceded in death by her father Richard Rice.
Shannon is survived by her mother, Patricia Rice; brother, Blake Rice; brother, Alan Rice; brother, Thomas Rice; step-dad, Larry Ahearne; step-brother, Paul Ahearne; step-mom, Betty Rice; half-brother, Morris Rice; half-brother, Russell Rice; half-brother, Moses Rice; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Shannon will be held at 2:00pm, October 11, 2014 at the Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home located at 2925 5th St., Sachse, Texas, 75048.
