Ruthie Mae Parker, age 84, a lifetime resident of Mesquite, Texas, passed away April 5, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. She was born April 28, 1930 in Dallas, Texas.
Ruthie is survived by her daughter, Diane Scott and her husband, Michael; son, Randall Parker; two granddaughters, Shea Scott and Lindsey Scott; and several nieces and nephews.
