Ruben Oliva, age 73, passed away April 6, 2011 in Plano,TX. He was born August 15, 1937 in Rosebud,, TX. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Helen Oliva in December 1994.
Ruben dedicated over 25 years of his life to his job at Ben E. Keith Beers in Dallas, TX.
He is survived by his daughter Amanda Tapia and husband Joe of Irving , TX; son Ruben Oliva, Jr. and wife Araceli of Allen, TX; daughter Angelina Oliva Snegon and husband Aaron of Arlington, TX; grandchildren Daniel Barron, Abigail Martinez, Gabriela Ann Flores, Maria Elena Villanueva, Alexandria Oliva, Helena Marie Snegon, Matthew Oliva; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Memorial Celebration will begin at 11 am on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at Charles W. Smith and Sons Funeral Home in McKinney,TX.
