Ronald Lee Jenkins

Ronald Lee Jenkins, age 79 of Garland, TX, passed away March 4, 2016. He was born on August 16, 1936 in Cook County, IL to Floyd Martin and Tena (Van Dyke) Jenkins. Ronald married Elizabeth Anne Cheatham on June 14, 1962 in Beaumont, TX. He served in the U.S. Army and worked for several radio stations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area as a news broadcaster known as “Ron McAlister”. Ronald is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Anne Jenkins; two sons, Gary Jenkins and wife, Suzanne and Terry Jenkins; one daughter, Sheryl Neal and husband, Michael; two grandchildren, Corey Neal and Gregory Neal; two sisters, Arlys Reine and Karen Olsher.
