Rolland King (Bob) of Princeton, Texas died August 10th, 2019 at Lexington Medical Lodge in Farmersville, Texas. Burial will be in Des Moines, IA at a later date. A public service will not be held.
Mr. King was born in Des Moines, IA and graduated from Lincoln High School in Des Moines. He served in the Navy during World War II. He worked for Thermogas in Des Moines until 1985 when he moved to Princeton. While in Princeton he worked for U.S. Brass.
He is survived by a son, Steven King of Altoona, IA.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise (Nebel) King; his brother, Marion King; and his parents, Everett and Winnifred Myrtle King.
Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home in McKinney is handling the arrangements.
