Roger Lynn Hester

Roger Lynn Hester, 64, of Farmersville, Texas passed away on May 29, 2019 at his residence with his loving family by his side. Roger was born on April 13, 1955 in Dallas, Texas to Jack Erwin and Billie Joan ( Stanley) Hester. He married Rosanna (Gomez) on September 9, 1977 in Dallas, Texas and was an owner/operator of a wrecker service.

Roger is survived by his loving wife; Rosanna (Gomez) Hester, 2 sons; Michael Keith & (Cheryll) Willeford and Roger Wayne & (Patricia Frazar) Hester, 1 daughter; Laura & (Christopher) Spivey, 3 brothers; Donald Erwin & (Patricia) Hester, Terry Wayne & (Elizabeth) Hester and Steven Kirby & (Kimberly) Hester and father; Jack Erwin Hester. Roger is also survived by 10 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother; Billie Joan (Stanley) Hester.

Roger loved fishing, riding Harley's, having fun, hunting and playing guitar. He was also into model planes, trains and automobiles.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday 2:00 p.m. June 8, 2019 at Charles W. Smith & Sons of Lavon, Texas.
