Robert Charles Voirin

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Charles Voirin, who left us on July 24, 2024, at the age of 70. Born on June 10, 1954, in Irving, Texas. Robert proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant. His commitment to his nation and his exemplary service were a testament to his character and patriotism. Robert later pursued a successful career with Gulfstream Aerospace, where he made significant contributions until his retirement. Robert is survived by his sons, Robert Shane Voirin and his wife Staci Voirin of McKinney, and Jason Emil Voirin and his wife Amanda Voirin of Blue Ridge, and daughter Ana Ferguson and husband David. He was a grandfather to Isaac and fiance Alison, Connor and his wife Katelyn, Dawson, Faith and fiance Matthew, Weston, Griffin, Davantre, and Daviana, and a great-grandfather to Ava Marie. Robert is also survived by his sisters Mary Lee Voirin and Mary Lois Baldwin and husband Norman, and his brothers Richard Voirin and Randy Swaney. Robert will be laid to rest with full military honors at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, a fitting tribute to his service and dedication to his country. The burial date has not yet been set.
