Robert F. Snyder

Robert F. Snyder was born on September 25, 1921 to John and Mabel Snyder in Springfield, Ohio and peacefully passed away on January 23, 2024 in Sachse, Texas.  Robert lived his life out to the fullest.  

He served in World War II as a navel pilot. He took great pride in serving his country. He and his beloved wife, Clara, were married 67 years before her passing in 2011.  Robert and Clara had two children, Carol and John.

Robert did sales for Robins and Meyers, but his true passion was golfing.  He loved dancing with Clara, big band music, and long road trips.

Robert is survived by his daughter Carol Long and son-in-law James Long; his five grandchildren John, Sara, Tracie, Kristie, and Wendy; his GREAT grandchildren Rachel Fullen, Tyler Henderson, Madison Cudahy, Caitlin Henderson, Audrey McCord, Arizona McCord and Alaina McCord; and his GREAT GREAT grandchildren Cameran Fullen, Hayes Fullen, Hudson Ortiz, and Riley Cudahy.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Clara Snyder, and his son John Snyder.
