Robert "Bob" Wayne Neely, age 78, of Garland, Texas, passed away August 6, 2013 in Garland, Texas. He was born March 13, 1935 in Memphis, Tennessee to Thomas Burly and Velma May Neely.
Bob was preceded in death by his brother, Bill Neely.
He is survived by his wife, Paula Neely; son, Patrick Neely and his wife, Jeannie; two daughters, Kelly Rodgers and her husband, Jim and Robin Breed and her husband, David; six grandchildren, Joshua, Samantha, Micah, Hannah, Olivia, and Samuel; and other family members.
Bob was preceded in death by his brother, Bill Neely.
