Robert Franklin Mulkey was born on July 4, 1949 in Dallas, TX and passed on November 21, 2019 at his home in Farmersville, TX.
He was a repair technician and a "Jack of all Trades". Robert loved to go fishing, camping, dancing, and the Dallas Cowboys. He enjoyed working with his hands and was an excellent carpenter. Robert and his loving wife, Janice were married for 33 years.
Robert is survived by his children; Darryl & Trina Mulkey, Robert & Trisha Foster, Jimmy Mulkey, and Bryan & Cora Giddens, sister; Denise Rainey and her husband Billy, grandchildren; Vanessa, Darryl Jr., Tosha, Cody, Jordan, Jazmine, & Brianna, great-grandchildren; Jamie, Lexi, Isaiah, Carter, Annabelle, Jace, Lana, Natalie, & Kaden, and many nieces and nephews.
Robert is preceded by his parents; O.V. & Birdie Faye Mulkey, son; William Clark Giddens, Sisters; Nelda Springer, Jo Ann Baker, Kay Rhodes, & Jannell Mulkey, and his brothers; Terry Mulkey, Kenneth Mulkey & Paul Mulkey.
