Age 86, passed from this life May 23, 2011 in Wylie, Texas. He was born August 16, 1924 in Somerville, Massachusetts to Harold and Lillian (Harcourt) Williams.
Raymond has lived in Richardson, Texas for the past thirteen years. He had been a teamster and a member of the Moose Club in Massachusetts before moving to the Dallas area.
His wife of 53 years, Helen F. (Noonan) Williams preceded him in 2004 and was taken back home and interred in Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Cambridge, Mass.
Raymond is survived by his children, Ella McGrath and her husband William, Harold William, Cara Hesketh, and Raymond D. Williams, Jr., fifteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
MEMORIAL SERVICE will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 28, 2011 at Charles W. Smith & Sons Sachse Chapel, 2925 Fifth St., Sachse, Texas 75048, 972-414-5050.
Raymond’s cremated remains will be taken back to Cambridge, Mass to be interred with his wife Helen at a later time.
