Rayford "Ray" Drain, 71, of Wylie, Texas, passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Monday, September 22, 2014. He was born to Jett and Myrtle Drain on December 17, 1942 in Wylie, Texas.
Ray is survived by his wife Earlene; son, Steve & daughter-in-law Tina L. Drain; daughter, Laura & son-in-law Greg Gillett; and grandchildren, Amy Davis, Steven Drain and Rebecca Drain.
The family will receive friends at a visitation to take place on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home 2925 5th Street Sachse, Texas 75048. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, September 25 at 2:00 p.m. at North Cities United Pentecostal Church in Garland, Texas.
