Mr. Randy Thomas Ficklen passed away peacefully with his loving wife and family by his side on October 31, 2019 at the age of 67.
Randy is survived by his adoring wife, Sheri McCauley, of Sachse, Texas, along with numerous siblings, stepson's and daughter's, and a host of step-grandchildren.
Randy was born on March 23, 1952 in Port Lavaca, Texas to Burwell and Louise Ficklen. Randy was well known for his quiet demeanor, yet amazing strength as he fought through illness for the last several years.
A graveside funeral is scheduled for 2:00 PM at Sachse Cemetery located at 6314 Sachse St, Sachse, TX 75048. Reverend Frank Rahm of First United Methodist Church of Sachse will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Randy's life. Flowers and condolences may be sent to Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home – Sachse 2925 Fifth Street, Sachse, TX 75048.
