She is survived by her husband: Juan Ortiz Sr., her three sons: Juan Ortiz Jr., James Ortiz, Javier Ortiz & her grandchildren: Ricky Ruiz, Ruby Ruiz & Javier Ortiz Jr.; her brothers: Jose "Joe" Lucio, Ansell Lucio (Dolores Lucio) & Andrew Lucio; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncle, cousins and god children.Visitation
