Philip Gaylen Lindsey, age 73 of Wylie, Texas passed away February 25, 2017 in McKinney, Texas. He was born on September 13, 1943 in Mena, Arkansas to Harley and Gladys (West) Lindsey. Philip married Jackie Sue Reeder March 20, 1981 in Mesquite, Texas. Philip enjoyed camping and Arkansas vacations at Shady Lake.

Philip is survived by his wife Jackie Sue Lindsey; daughters Carla Bell and Kaye Marshall; son John Higbee; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; Brother Wayne Lindsey; brother-in-law John Brewer.

Philip was preceded in death by his parents and sister Harriet Brewer.
