Peggy Faulkner, a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister, passed away June 4, 2020 in Garland, Texas.
Peggy was born on November 23, 1935 in Seymour, Texas to Maggie and Allen Sprowls. She married the love of her life, Tommy Faulkner, on July 1, 1955. As a military family moving frequently, Peggy always made every home feel special. They moved to Garland following Tommy's retirement in 1974.
Peggy retired from Garland ISD after 26 years where she held multiple positions at Webb Middle School. She was a faithful and devoted Christian who loved her family deeply. Her passion was serving God, and she was always willing to assist in the church where needed. Peggy dedicated her life to caring for and helping others. She enjoyed making ceramics, playing cards, and traveling. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Peggy is survived by her daughter, Teresa Isenhower and husband, John; daughter, Kim Bordelon; daughter, Lori White and husband, Doug; daughter, Diane Faulkner; grandchildren: Amanda Clark and husband, Kyle; Robert Coles and wife, Emma; Andrew Bordelon and wife, Andrea, Kristin Watson and husband, Robert; Caliwa White and wife, Vianey, Andrea McKinnon and husband, Trey; Alyssa Folsom and husband, Maury; Mitch Isenhower and wife, Melissa, Jeremy Isenhower and wife, Wendy and Jay Isenhower; 20 great grandchildren; brother, Glen Sprowls and wife, Carmen; brother, James Sprowls; brother, Ronald Sprowls and wife, Pat and numerous nieces and nephews.
Peggy is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Faulkner; parents, Allen and Maggie Sprowls and sister, Wanda Hix.
