Patsy ". Jones

Patsy Marie Jones, age 79 of Sachse, TX, passed away September 14, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 3, 1937 in Dallas, TX to Charlie Lewis and Bessie Irene (Travis) Goodwin. Patsy was a loving wife to Tommy for 63 years and was blessed with four children, 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was a blessing to others by her selfless heart and love for her Lord.

She was employed for many years with Garland I.S.D.as cafeteria manager.

She is survived by her husband, Tommy Jones; sons, Charles Jones and wife, Betty,DarryllJones and wife, Susan and Roger Jones and wife, Christa; daughter,MontraValle and husband, Tony; grandchildren, Kevin, Samantha, Blake, Kylie, Zak, Chelsie, Rylie, Cassie,Cameron and Christen; great-grandchildren,Chaleigh,TierniandKaedence; brother, Leroy Goodwin.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M., Saturday, September 17, 2016 at Charles W. Smith and Sons Funeral Home in Sachse. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, September 18, 2016 at Charles W. Smith and Sons Chapel in Sachse with Rev. Bob Dean officiating.
