PATRICK MARTIN CLANCY passed away on September 26, 2014. He was a retired Ship's Master, loving husband, and devoted father.
Preceded in death by his wife of 25 years Pamela Gilmour, he leaves behind his daughters Kathleen and Meredith, brother Gary, son-in-law Nicholas Anthis, brother-in-law Tom Gilmour and family, and many more friends whom he considered family.
A memorial will be held at Winfrey Point in Dallas on Monday, October 6th, at 6:30 pm. The family requests no flowers, but rather that a donation be made to one of the causes close to his heart, including the PBS Foundation, Chesapeake Bay Trust, or Trinity River Audubon Center.
A Memorial Reception for Captain Patrick M. Clancy will be on Monday October 6, 2014 6:30-8:30 p.m. Winfrey Point at White Rock Lake 951 Winfrey Point Way Dallas, Texas 75218. Please join us for a celebration of the life of our father. A short remembrance will be held at 6:45 p.m. followed by a festive gathering for friends and family to share their favorite memories. Please come and help us send him off in style. Light refreshments will be provided.
