Patricia Jean James

Patricia James passed away on September 24th 2017. Patty was someone who radiated warmth and kindness to everyone she met. She had a quality about her that made you feel welcome and valued, while her infectious laughter could fill a room with smiles. Patty was born in Omaha, Nebraska on June 20th 1946 to Frances and George Scharf. She was the oldest of three daughters. She married her loving husband, Timothy James, on October 12th 1985. Patty had many different jobs throughout her life but she had a passion for others. After raising her own children with love and affection, she selflessly looked after her grandchildren. She was blessed with a lively and beautiful soul that was shared with all those who knew her. Patty is survived by her husband Timothy James; her sister and brother-in-law Pamela & Warren Haffke; sister Margret Spry; her daughter and son-in-law Christine & Keith Townsend and their children Matthew and Laura; her son and daughter-in-law Edward & Beth Hron and their daughter Cheyenne; and stepdaughter Shauna James and her daughter Samantha Goodwin.Services entrusted to Charles W.
