Oral LaVonne Senn

Oral LaVonne Senn, 80 years of age, passed away at 3:27am on Monday, May 27, 2019 at her home in Frisco, TX.

LaVonne, the daughter of the late Leamon McCray and the late Mary Hutchinson, was born on Tuesday, April 25, 1939 in Garrison, Texas. She was the eldest of ten children. LaVonne was educated in the Nacogdoches school system.

LaVonne was united in holy matrimony to Ray Senn on January 22, 1970. Together, they had one son, Joel. She also had one son, Scott Senn and one daughter, LaDonna Senn from a previous marriage.

LaVonne loved working with roses in her garden and cooking or baking pies and cakes for her family.

LaVonne was known as "Mom" by so many. She always opened her house to anyone who needed a place to stay.

LaVonne worked for the Harris County Sheriff's Department in the late 1960s.

Before turning to retirement, LaVonne ran Evergreen Medical Clinic in Dallas for 7 years as the General Manager.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Ray Senn, daughter LaDonna Senn, brother J.L. McCray, brother Gilbert McCray and brother Kenneth Ray McCray.

She is survived by her children Scott Senn and wife Mila, Joel Senn and wife Susan, Kim Senn-Cross and husband Keith, Katherine Van Dries. She is also survived by her sister "daughter" Gayla Foley and husband Bill, brother Randy McCray and wife Yvonne, sister Joyce Pigg and brother Bill McCray; grandchildren, Amber Foley, Aaron Chambers, Dakota Senn, Haydn Collard, Dodger Senn, Delaney Senn, Barrett Senn, Caden Senn, Luke Senn and Jude Senn; great grandchildren, Hannah Resnick, Jacob Resnick, Ethan Chambers, Tyler Chambers, Kai Berman and Maddox Berman; great great grandchildren, Jaxon and Stetson. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
