Niall had a lifelong love of rugby and motorsports since his childhood days at St Mary's College, Rathmines. Niall began his work life with Home Knitters in Dublin in the 60's as a travelling sales and repairman where he travelled the length and breath of the country, to towns big and small. In the early 1980's he joined Telecom Eireann as a telephone operator for directory inquiries and Emergency services. He retired from Telecom in 1992 and took the boldest step to re-invent himself and our family in Dallas, Texas where he worked for Johnson Electric Company until his final retirement in 2008. Niall had a contagious laugh and could recount people, places and events from his vast travels in vivid details.
