Nellie Oneita Loyd, formely of Tupelo, Oklahoma, passed away Monday June 10, 2013 in Wylie, Texas. Shye was 91. She was born on June 13, 1921 to Roy A Clark and Nannie Jo (Thomas) Clark in Tupelo, Oklahoma. She was a School Teacher for 25 years in Tupleo, Oklahoma; a founding member of the Tupelo Baptist Church in Tupelo, Oklahoma and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by her daughter, Neva Poole of Sachse, Texas; son, Roy Loyd of Tulsa, Oklahoma; sisters, Celma Rene Trotter of Oklhoma City, Oklahoma and Zelma Pierce of Edmond, Oklahoma; 3 grandsons; 1 granddaughter; 4 great grandsons and 3 great granddaughters.
Preceded in Death by, husband, Liberty Ben Loyd and son, Cyril Gene Loyd.
Graveside Service will be held 2:30 PM Saturday June 22, 2013 at the Byrds Prairie Cemetery in Tupelo, Oklahoma
