Nathan Daniel Daugherty

Nathan Daniel Daugherty, 28, of Sachse, Texas passed away on February 19, 2018. He was born March 31, 1989 in San Dimas, California, the son of Dan and Debbie (Pippin) Daugherty.

As a young boy, Nathan moved from California to Allen, Texas in 1996 where he attended school and graduated from Allen High School in 2007. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 2012 with a degree in Management Information Systems. He was employed as an Analyst at Fresenius Medical Care of North America.

He was a great son and brother.

Nathan was a gifted athlete. In his youth, he went from roller hockey to elite travel ice hockey. He was a member of several AAA hockey clubs competing through-out the United States and Canada. A memorable experience was participating in The Quebec World Pee Wee Hockey Championships where one American team is invited annually.

Nathan enjoyed playing golf with his dad, brother Ryan and friends. Nathan also enjoyed playing with his friends in an adult hockey league.

Nathan is survived by his parents, Dan and Debbie and his younger brother Ryan of Sachse, Texas. He leaves behind his grandmothers, Arnell Pippin, of Oakhurst, CA, and Betty Lou Daugherty, of Sachse, TX. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Dero Pippin and Dick Daugherty. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends who will love him forever.
