Naoma Florence Moore

Naoma Moore, age 100, of McKinney, went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, March 30, 2022. She was a member of Community North Baptist Church. She was born in Princeton, Texas, on January 3, 1922, to Henry and Mable Helton. She married William "Bill" Moore on December 25, 1942. She was a woman of deep faith, believing in the power and strength of Jesus Christ's love and grace and the beauty and peace that awaited her. Everyone who knew her knew of her kindness and generosity. She was loved by many. She enjoyed watching baseball, especially the Texas Rangers. She was incredibly proud of her family and loved to hear of all of her grandchildren's accomplishments.

Naoma is survived by her daughter, Judy Heitter and her husband Terry of McKinney; her granddaughter, Melissa Drane and her husband David of McKinney; great-grandchildren Devon Drane, Isabella Drane, and Hannah Drane.

Visitation with the family will be held Tuesday, April 5, 2022, from 5pm-7pm at Charles W Smith Funeral Home, 601 S Tennessee St, McKinney, TX. Graveside service will be held at 12:00pm Wednesday, April 6th at Princeton Cemetery, Yorkshire Drive, Princeton, TX.
