Melanie Martindale Davis, 40, passed away on November 27, 2014 in Sherman, Texas. Melanie was born on June 5, 1974 in Dallas, Texas. She was adopted into the home of Paula and William Martindale. She is survived by her husband, Alan Davis; parents, Paula and William Martindale; sons, Michael (Alisssa) Harris and Ryan Parks; daughter, Jordan Parks; step-daughter, Ally Davis; two grandchildren, Kyliegh and Hunner; brother, Cameron Martindale; aunt and uncle, Brenda and Mike Hatch and aunt and uncle Bill and Linda Ruhmann. The family will receive friends at a visitation to take place on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 601 S Tennessee Street, McKinney, Texas 75069. A graveside service will take place on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Wilson Chapel Cemetery in Lowry Crossing, Texas.
