Matthew Marshall Harrison

Matthew Marshall Harrison, age 48, passed away on January 7, 2018 in Garland, Texas. He was born on November 20, 1969 in Dallas, Texas to John and Linda (Marshall) Harrison. Matthew graduated from Garland High School in 1988 before continuing his education at Remington College from which he graduated in 2011. He worked in Sales and was a member of the First Christian Church of Garland. Matthew was also a member of the APA and enjoyed playing darts at the American Dart Association.Matthew is survived by his parents, John and Linda Harrison, sister, April Ivie and husband, Terry; niece, Courtney Ivie; nephew, Lauren Ivie; great-nephew, Julian Hart; great-niece, Mia Hart; and fiance, Carol Jennings.Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at the Charles W. Smith and Sons funeral chapel in Sachse, Texas from 6:00-8:00 pm. A funeral will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at the Charles W. Smith and Sons funeral chapel in Sachse, Texas at 10:00 am. Internment will immediately follow at the Sachse Cemetery.
