Mason Karter Fernandez entered this world on August 16th, 2006 in Plano, Texas and departed this life August 13, 2018, in Wylie, Texas.
Mason was a sweet, big-hearted, funny, precocious 11-year-old boy, that was an old soul wise beyond his years. He was a sweet, intelligent boy who loved making others happy.
Mason loved playing video games with his brothers and dad, watching Super Hero movies and had a love for animals, especially a little Pomeranian named Guinness. He recently graduated from the dual language 6th grade class at Draper Intermediate in Wylie, Texas.
Mason was preceded in death by his mother Krystale (Grady) Fernandez and his uncle Benjamin Middleton. He is survived by his loving father Damian Fernandez, his brothers Dominic, Anthony and Maddox Fernandez. His adoring grandparents Scott and Shannon (Grady) Middleton and Antonio Fernandez and Bertha Flores and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services are being held at the Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral home, in Sachse, Texas. The viewing will be from noon until 8 p.m. on Friday, August 17th and services will be on Saturday, August 18th at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Nicholas Costello officiating.
